The traditional salute for fallen comrades is offered here in an impossible scene - all six space shuttle orbiters together, with one pulling out of line in the "missing man" formation to recall the loss of her presence in NASA's fleet. From left to right, we see Enterprise, Columbia, Challenger, Discovery, Atlantis, and Endeavour; a close look will reveal the subtle differences between the sister ships. The moon, scene of our greatest space triumphs, is visible in the background at right.
